No Refund Policy – General Rule
Due to the personalized and time-based nature of our services, all payments made to DietMi are final and non-refundable.
Once a program, plan, subscription, or service has been purchased:

No refunds will be issued

No adjustments or credits will be offered
This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Lack of time to follow the plan

Loss of interest

Personal schedule conflicts

Holidays or travel

Slow or no progress

Not liking the food plan or routine

Choosing not to continue
No Refund in Case of Program Interruption
If you begin a DietMi program and later decide to pause, interrupt, or discontinue it for any reason, including but not limited to:

Illness

Pregnancy

Medical conditions
-
Stress or emotional reasons

Work commitments
-
Family emergencies
-
Travel or holidays
No refund will be provided, and any unpaid installments will remain due.
This is because your personalized service, planning, and backend work begin immediately after enrollment.
Customized & Digital Services Are Non-Returnable
Our diet plans, wellness guidance, and digital resources are tailored to each client.
Since these are custom-created and delivered digitally:

They cannot be returned

They cannot be reused
-
They cannot be reassigned
Hence, they are non-refundable by default.
Client Responsibility
Your results depend on multiple factors such as:

consistency

adherence to the plan

lifestyle habits
-
medical conditions
-
individual body response
DietMi cannot guarantee outcomes, and no refund will be offered based on lack of expected progress.
Payments Still Due
If you stop the program mid-way or fail to participate, any outstanding payments or installments relating to the program will still remain payable.
